Starbucks Coffee

Too slow service. The quality of the drinks is somehow the usual but still not the standard for Starbucks. The WiFi never worked.

This Starbucks is 10 times better than the one on Periférico de la Juventud. These guys attend with a smile and are always in stock.

Summary: NOT RECOMMENDED. I bought a classic latte and they delivered a very diluted drink, with little coffee flavor, no milk or something similar, and an herb and cinnamon flavoring. The worst drink I have ever had in this chain. The full event: I went to this Starbucks branch on a Saturday morning. I used the drive-thru so I didn't park. The attention was quick. I ordered a large, classic latte, without syrups or flavors, without sugar or sweeteners and with whole milk. I have good previous experiences with this chain, which usually roasts, grinds and serves coffee of good or acceptable quality, with a good to excellent degree of preparation in the case of latte coffee. Well, on this occasion I received a drink with a good temperature, with a very light "coffee with milk" color, a strange-looking foam -definitely different from the foam of whole milk-, and a strong smell of herbs and cinnamon. When I tried it, I found a very sweet flavor, with an aroma of cinnamon, vanilla and -maybe- peppermint; the very dilute consistency, practically water-based and without whole milk, or any substitute. If this drink had coffee, it is something that was not very clear to me. When I got to work, I prepared an Americano coffee with ground beans in a filter coffee maker. What a difference! The liquid I received as a "cafe latte" at this Starbucks branch ended up in a suitable place. When reviewing other opinions, it seems that this is not the first time that this branch serves incorrect or poorly prepared drinks. It would be worth it for franchisees to stop by for a check-up. For now, it will be difficult for me to return here again.
